Hey guys I have a 1999 gc8 I bought without a ecu I’ve put another ecu in from another 1999 gc8 and the car still isn’t starting I also bought the key off the guy with the ecu to swap the key chips over hoping that’ll help but still no luck has anyone had this issue before when swapping the ecu
