yeh iv managed to raise the pump a bit. I fitted a different fitting to the outlet - off the 040 - saved nearly an inch there.
Im also taking off the speedflow fitting - and just going to put a clamped hose from the screw in black fitting to the fuel sock. should save about 2 inches there.
I'l finish the job tomorrow, got work now
hopefully that will solve some issues, or open up another can of worms
