when lowlife cunts break into my car, take my student id and snap it in half as well as my uni bag full of books, which they tore up and threw down the road

they also left a nice tag on my rh rear door, scratched nice and deep into the paint

That's farked!!! The cops wont do bugger all but contact them anyway as they take pics of tags and keep a data base so when/if
the scum is caught they have a lot of other offences to charge them with.
