Correct. No dial tone at all.. I work from home so need a land line. The worst part is East Fremantle has literally NO cell phone reception with Telstra, I get 1 bar sometimes two if i'm lucky, so I rely on my work phone (Vodafone) or my landline for people to get hold of me.

So yesterday I had No internet, No Landline, No Vodafone, and 1 bar of intermittent Telstra reception. Seriously it was an FML moment to say the least!

The issue was logged on the 16th with Telstra, so I'm up to four days now without a Landline.

The whole telecommunications industry is a joke these days. Doesn't seem to matter who you're with they're all shit, just a matter of the depth.

I don't see how your job is harder than any other profession out there.

I have compared it to professions as that what category it fits, so all the tradies don't get your back up saying your jobs harder.

Agree with you Joe, he will then realise what hard work really is! I work between 12 & 16 hours daily growing my own business and am lucky to see my kids twice a week before they go to bed, I don't bitch a moan about it as it's what needs to be done.

I live by the motto you only get out what you put in.

If you are not happy with what you get paid then move to another firm and do something about it.
