On the matter of the pads being what we asked for I thought they were quite clear, on dismissing many of maos statements as false quite clear also.
Edit: problems with the pads? Aside from them dissapearing very quickly in comparison to the qfm that were on previously, I also mentioned to Taylor that the front wheels seem to lock up very easily and it appears that the rear brakes are much less effective. Not necessarily a fault, I really wouldn't know but just an observation. They work, which is why we didn't inquire in December after they were installed. Have you used HC+ before? I have and can tell you they are a street pad with occasional performance use. That is why they are rated starting at 0deg for street use.
http://www.perth-wrx.com/vb/complain...cement-27.html ^^ Also, as mentioned before, no attempts were made to contact me prior to bith threads Dukedrifter made. I had to PM and sms him first. Diplomatic? I dont think so. Further to this, I am waiting for your said Japanese email. I have also contacted my curtin engineering uni mate with regards to material testing and have been recommended to the materials testing lab at Curtin university. I am waiting for your Jap statement to say these pads do not meet HC+ specifications, and will then proceed via external advice, to take the necessary steps to send the samples to Curtin's lab for spectrum testing. It is also my right to claim further expense and necessary costs from you when the testing determines both products to be the same. Quote:

Hahahah your right? you are defending the allegation that they are not, the cost is entirely your own to prove that they are the same or not.
The email when it comes is from the manufacturer of the product, your suppliers supplier. Go ahead and test them, then you might realise that it's Bullshit. You are dodgy and you struggle to claim that you have no wrong doing. Last edited by davidsdh; 13-03-2014 at 10:39 AM. |
