yes, you need an oil sandwitch plate between the filter and block to mount the temp probe/pressure sensor.

Maybe a trip to one of the forum recommended workshops is in order, get them to fit the gauge for you.

I only say this due to the fact you're considering drilling holes in your engine!

Or can i use the second oil gallery closest to the firewall?
(i alrdy got a oil pressure sender in the font under the alternator)

P.S. if you don't know what an oil filter looks like, don't even bother attempting the above.
