We now keep the damper adjuster extensions in stock for all Subarus. You do not need to remove your seat to adjust dampening anymore.

We will be launching STD's new line of brake kits. These kits are made by Nissin Japan and the discs are made of high carbon steel.
STD brake calipers come in 6-pot and 4-pot and we offer up to 355mm O.D rotors. Below pricing INCLUDED INSTALLATION FOR P.WRX members only. STD 4-pot Front system with braided lines + 330mm slotted rotors -- P.WRX Price $1700 STD 4-pot Rear system with braided lines + 330mm slotted rotors -- P.WRX Price $1700 STD 6-pot Front system with braided lines + 355mm slotted rotors P.WRX -- $1950 The brake kits are catered for: 1) Imprezas GC8, 2) GDA/GDB, 3) GR/GH, 4) Forester SG, 5) Legacy BL/BP Below are some pics of the STD 6-pot caliper. Note the brake calipers have dust seals built around the caliper pistons. STD 4-pot Caliper: Dogbone for the caliper: Braided brake lines SAE J1401 which are ADR compliant. STD 2-pc Rotor is made of High Carbon Steel available in 330mm or 355mm. To do a quick comparison, below is an X-brand 8-pot caliper. Look at the size of the caliper and the size of the pistons. There are no seals around the pistons, causing early failure of the caliper especially when street driven. Also oversized and poorly designed calipers will not cope with the factory brake master cylinder. Compare it to the STD caliper below: STD will not be promising you super big calipers and discs, but will deliver greatly enhanced braking due to the simple 'brake bias' logic. Our brakes will work with your factory Subaru brake master cylinder and further enhancement to a twin brake master system will be highly recommended. This allows front and rear hydraulic adjustments. Hey Mao,
Just wanted to say a huge thanks for the STD twin plate clutch. So far it has more than exceeded my expectations. Looking forward to getting the car on the dyno now the standard clutch is not slipping

This car belongs to a P.WRX member. A lot of members here drive other cars too and I do post quite a bit of info here on P.WRX. In this way, I can direct more clients and traffic to Perth WRX, while keeping away from other forums that I do not wish to support.
Every vehicle make+model is different and has various potentialsl. I do not share your 'mum's taxi' view in this case. http://video.answers.com/touge-showd...e-gp-516937960 Last edited by mao; 25-06-2012 at 05:27 PM. |

Recent STD Coilover over installed on a MY12 WRX.
I only took pics of the front for this install so you can flip back a couple of pages should you want to look at the rear install on these late model rexes.
