Yep same here, but its different for different cars.
I can't remember what car it was (just a normal one) i had to use my heel, in the evo its just my little toe. It's faster with the toe i find. Toe n toe technique

Heel and toeing is only difficult for the first 1000 times. People do it because it unsettles a car LESS and is mechanically sympathetic.
Synchros do not match revs, they only allow poor driver's to change gears Start practicing on the way to and from work, say 30 shifts a day and you will have it mastered in less than 7 weeks. Looks like another case of HTFU

I rev match in every car I drive, its now just become a habit. I also heel toe a fair bit (especially in my Starlet!) as for true double clutching, it really is a waste of time in our cars.
As for Chris260's advice, I wouldn't be so fast to dismiss it offhand, there's a reason he's doing 55's when everyone else is doing 58's (Its not cause he is a good driver, attesa = electronic talent :P )

Heel toe shifts are too dangerous for road use. Track use ok, I rev match on the street but don't heel toe
