had a laugh today with this car parked at Kingsway City shops this arvo.
car was still there when i finished shopping 1/2 hour later... lol

what fuken planet was he/she on?

I'd say they left it in neutral with the handbrake off and it rolled into that position, is there any slight slope?...I've seen that happen before.
