Without sounding pessimistic, it'll be a hard task to prove fault as the turbo has been fitted and run. Buying second hand comes with its risks. Sorry to hear Jimmy.

jimmy thats not good hey, but i have been there and had the some troubles, which i got sorted out ok and ended up buyin a brand new turbo/
i do know of oxymoron.. i believe those parts came of his XT foz, and as far as i was aware there was no problems with it on his car.
