There is a limit. Cars that are excessively dumped and scrape along the ground look stupid in my opinion (then again I am performance biased).

Guards filled out with a height that is practical looks far far better.

OK... so I was hoping there would be more people posting pics of their ideal height or car's that are "too low"!...

Maybe I'll post a couple of pics of my cars to start off...

And I maintain that they all could go lower... with the possible exception of the wagon on 20"s...

Bakks spec slammed looks porn, but its not really the best for handling etc.

You cant slam the car though if it has crap rims or kit - it just looks yuck.

this is how low i am, thats a nokia navigator and its touching the bumper, i heard that if you lower wrxs you screw up the wheel balance i think or it has to do with something about the back must be higher than the front by a certain degree or you'll lose speed? anyone clarify this?

dont give me shit!! my work has the biggest speed humps you'll ever see, hence the scratches underneath,( i go on a angle and it still scrapes!!!)

Thanks Jaron, do I have to say something nice about your car now?

Haven’t got any pics of it since the KW coilovers went in, will take some tonight…this will do for now:

A big NO here! Although that said I did have the bug eye wound down so far the exhaust would drag along the ground 100% of the time, so I had to raise it back up

I think it varies between cars. If I had an EVO no way it'd be dumped (ok I say that now), but they look awesome lowered a little bit, whereas in my opinion GC8's look average unless dumped.

PS bodykits don't count.

I'm hoping my new car will be the most dumped out of all I've had

i still have pics on my home PC of your bugeye from the carsales ad's... i have to admit, that looked so good!

certain cars have a "limit" so to speak, where it becomes rediculous... but others, look great nice and low..

Jimmy, you already have a front lip so you already know that they scrape occasionally, imagine that, but EVERYWHERE

Im saying no deal on dumped as, there has to be some consideration made to drivability, but yes, it looks hot on GCs and Bugeyes, like 1C3 and Wades but im not sure about the chop you did, looks kinda crappy imo, your car looks good as is man

I remember Luke showed me his inner guard once and i could actually see my reflection because the wheel polished it that much, it was certainly an experience being in it, he couldnt go close to full lock otherwise it would rub, and when he hit slight dips in the road it would also rub, too much hassle dude, but Luke was a straight up gangsta

Oh don't worry Adam, I know what happens when you have a stupidly low car...

I've had the slow cornering because if I turn hard and go over a bump, the front guard gets bent from hitting the wheel...

And for the record.. it was much lower when Bakka had it, than when Luke did!

and Paul... add pics please...

Haha I remember following it down Leach Hwy to Curtin for pics - simple turns become 5/6/7 point turns etc etc

See if I've still got them at home Paul - it was on its ring
