Finally picked up my new car today, it has been nearly 3 months before i first found it for sale in Townsville.

It is basically been my dream car since it came out and never actually thought i would own one.

Here it is MY06 STI in Blue ( still nice and dirty from the trip ):







I purchased it off a private seller in Townsville. Built in Feb 06 and has only had the one owner, with full subaru log book service history. The km's on it are high for the age (118,000), but as i will only drive it on the weekend the age should catch up with the km's quite soon.

Here's the best part, I only paid $25,000 (plus $1390 shipping) I personally think it is a bargain. As i have seen bug eye and early peanut sti's with similar km's for the price. From what i can tell it is in excellent condition with only slight stone chips in the front bumper, which are barely even noticeable.

Because my Red Peanut Rexy has still not sold yet, i am in an enormous amount of debt ( especially since i am only 19 ). But i must say it puts the biggest smile ever on my face seeing both of them side by side in the garage.

I really cant believe it is finally here, I am stocked. Just have to take it over the pits and get some wa plates on it, then the mods shall begin.

And i must say F**K it's quick. I was giggling like a little girl all the way home.

Have already taken them both down to the local park, but the pics where taken on my mates iphone so not 100% sure how good the quality will be. Hopefully after i get some plates on the STI i can take them somewhere else, and use a better camera.

Yeah mate, well i still have my 3" TBE, and cold air intake that i took of my red car but i will probably wait until i can afford a fuel pump, possibly decapped injectors and a verso. And get it all done at once.

And then just struts, sways and springs. And make it look sexier.
