Subaru actually offered all customers who didn't have one a new one installed free a few years back (03 I think) that's why you see quite a few 99 & 00's with them.

Maybe the previous owner wasn't aware of this or had one and ripped it out, doesn't help you out but thought I'd give the info anyway.

Home owner's household insurance should cover the laptop etc...........That's if they have any.

Had a Brant, but it was disabled due to constant malfunction. Along as I can get keys recoded they can get inside as much as they want, along as it can't be started.


On another note,

Forensics didn't show for house or car, after making us wait 10 hours in a bed room due to footprints ect ect.

Lovely year 2010, wonder what the new year has in store for me now.

My friends house was also almost broken into last night but was caught in the backyard. Be careful guys, seriously. I may have to face repossession if the repair bill is too high, as I'm still out of work.

I hope you had insurance but it sounds like you didn't, the old and wise saying comes to mind though "if you can't afford the insurance, you can't afford the car!".
