I just bought a house in the 'older' section right next to that new area. Basically 3 min walk from where you were looking.

How much those blocks going for??
I bought my 3x1 for $265k 4 months ago, and cant find any 3x1's for under $310k

Those new blocks look MIGHTY small tho

mate its ridiculous... that whole section i was lookin in.. not sure if u saw me when i was out of the car or just on the side of the road looking at where they were developing, but its all sold. there r only like 40 lots left pretty much then that whole section will be sold. its shit..

Spotted: Silver bug eye sporting no rear plate in Centro Warwick carpark earlier today.

Also nice blue 03-05 parked in ocean keys shopping centre, clarkson. The sprinklers were on and going all over the place. Firstly i hope ur car wasnt gettin wet, and secondly i hope its not bore water!

its amaizing how many cars u spot when ur not at work all day.. keep ur eye out for me.. im off work for the next 2 weeks so im sure ill be cruising the streets!
