Default blow off valve install.. help??

can some one help me, my gfb blow off only seems to have one input/output. a hose and the circular bit pretruding the side. can some one show me a site with help on how to install? there are two pipes to fit but only one hole.. i am very new tyo this thanks.

the blck hose that came off the stock one and goes down under ur tmic must be blocked, the actual bof bolts onto the front of the tmic and the trumpety end of it is where the wanky noise comes from
