standard - up to 190kw ATW.

However the my99/00 injectors are the ones with the four holes in the spray nozzle.
They can be highflowed by drilling out the four holes. It could easily be drilled out to 550cc by a professional injector workshop. Theres a few in Perth. The drilling out and cleaning and testing shouldn't cost more than $200 based on what other people I know have been charged in the past.

Cool - im looking for 190ish... probably less as im going to go for a 'low down torque tune' rather than a dyno queen figure. more drivablility ftw!

I managed 200kw atw in my old MY99 with 440cc injectors by running an aftermarket FPR set at 4 bar @ idle.

With that kind of power with just 440cc injectors, I would be very worried about boost spiking. A smallish spike of 3-5psi could end up with a broken engine. considering that injectors are a relatively cheap modification. I would be upgrading them to something larger or at least high flowing them for a saftey overhead.

What kind of IDCs are you getting with 200kw ATW?

CC of injector divided by 5 x how many cylinders = Max BHP at 100% duty.

So 440cc injectors in a 99 will equate to a max BHP at 100% duty cyle of 352 (263kw).

At 85% IDC to be safe it is 300hp (224kw)

Assuming around a 15% drivetrain loss, that would mean at 85% ICD the injectors can support 190kw's at the wheels..

At 90% ICD (still pretty safe) they'll hold 201kws atw...

Use an FPR to up the pressure and they'll hold more kw's at the same %'s...

Hope this helps

Cheers
