Martin is the suburb... at the bottom of the hills, next to Gosnells, near Lumen Christi College etc.

Basically the block can't be subdivided to be sold without council approval and at this stage they won't allow it. But if we had 10k spare to spend to push it through then we'd put it on the market and besides we'd need that money if we had it to bitumise our 200m long driveway lol.

Here, here I can relate to this totally as I live on 7 acres in Bedfordale. If the cash was flowing, the gravel driveway would be bitumised straight away. No more dust!
