It may be in your best interest to have a look at some other introductions first and edit yours accordingly.
The natives are usually quite friendly but being one of the larger forums with quite a large amount of forum traffic, it is.....let's just say "frowned upon" if you post up new threads with no real content.

Have a read and introduce your self properly and then I suggest you just cruise around and learn your way around the forum first.
