I would say there is no wear, but amount of wear in negligible.
Seen loads of cars do it, you would barley know the difference unless you are spinning tyres the entire length of the course.

As Dave said above, the wear on the skidpan is basically sweet FA in an awd with road tyres. Definitely not an issue to worry about
