if you upgrade to a sti you will lose a big chunk of that 10g on stamp duty and extra insurance.

My insurance for an 06 STi is the same as for my Nearly ( only had 3in tbe, MY99 front brakes & alpine stereo ) stock MY98.

I agree about the bloody stamp duty though. Stamp duty was why I didn't get a new 200SX just before they stopped making them. Wouldn't pay $3700 on principle ( This was in SA )

well my bill is over 10,000 for my turbo , fmic , exhaust , injectors , and then touch up the stone chips in the front but if i had another 10,000 on top of that id put a jet motor in my boat

Yeah? For my Fuel pump,650cc injectors,FMIC,PowerFC,Z32 AFM,3" Turbo back all up installed and tuned has cost me 5.1k. :O

Although it is Chinaspec exhaust that was fitted by myself :P Cheap-o-rama but does the job hah.
