I got a similar problem at 248km/h, the engine makes this funny "duh-duh-duh-duh" noise in 5th gear at 7950rpm, and the revs jump up and down.

Can anyone tell me what it is?? Could it be my AFM?

get a proper wheel alignment (wheels world or wilkinsons) instead of a bob jane spec, also get your wheel weights removed and re balanced. make sure that none of your tyres are "egged" or flat spotted, or unevenly worm due to excessive camber

check the condition of your CV boots, and give the shafts a good wiggle back and forth to check the condition of the CVS

check the 3 bolts on top of each strut is tight, and the two at the bottom (if the bottom ones turn, go get an alignment)

I guess also check the condition of your brakes, the caliper could be slightly grabbing the disk enough for it only to be noticeable at very high speeds.

all else fails, crash it into a tree, claim insurance and get a nice new car
