Default Clutch?

I know this might seem like a stupid question, but what happens when your clutch is farily worn? I mean as in, what do you notice when your driving?

Is it just clutch slip? - as in revs going higher than the usual for the amount of acceleration your doing?

I ask because Ive never actually had a worn clutch in anything other than a shitty gemini I had quite a long time ago, and all that did was slip

yes and no.
you may be fine untill you reach a certain rpm the the clutch may fully slip and the car will feel as if its in nutral or when you give "her" stick the car may feel like it has less power than usual and also what you mentioned can happen.

Or when you change gear, for instance first to second gear, the time taken for the gear to bite could indcate a slipping clutch. Usually this is followed by a loud clunk.

I'm still running the OEM clutch in my Bugeye thats just ticked over 100k. I'm guessing the clutch is defininitely beginning to get worn.

Still has no slip and pulls hard!

I respect my clutch :P
