a lot of people have problem with osborne park?

yeah it was ozzy park. ive always trusted them due to i know the heard service manager. but he is way to busy and i get some other guy but i honestly feel like leaving the car parked on the side of the road it feels that bad

what do u mean by carbon tuned?

They would have absolutely bagged your car man! 12kms placed on the clock. WTF! I can't see why a drive around the block isn't more than sufficient to test a car!

My WRX ran fantastic until the last service!!

I have emailed and left messages with the service department to report the issues and to find out what work was actually carried out. But they didn't bother to return any of my calls or emails.

I ended up speaking to the dealer principal and suprisingly I had a response an hour later. The response provided differed to what I was told when I picked up my car.

Certainly won't be going back there again!!

Sounds like this is something you need to nip in the bud. Call into OP and have a chat to your mate.
