Forgive me but what is an undertray? If you are referring to the air splitter, of course i would change that. I'm talking about putting an STi air splitter with an STi Top mount and WRX bonnet scoop vs a PW TMIC and PW splitter with WRX scoop. I didnt think there was too much difference between the STi and WRX scoops?? Apart from bigger splitters

The PW ones come with a y pipe and splitter for the 01 - 07 i thought? so I would assume it would fit... or PW has some problems.

there is a huge differance between the 2 scoops. the sti one has almost twice the size opening as the wrx one. get the sti scoop and splitter as well as the sti tmic and ur set

Run the STi Splitter and Scoop. The standard scoop doesn't get anywhere near the same amount of flow through it.

if you are going to upgrade the tmic buying the sti scoop is the only way to go. with the sti scoop and splitter you will get more air because the scoop size is larger which you need to cover the size of an aftermarket tmic

Ok Currently have in my possesion

-Dylan Spec exhaust
-K&N Panel Drop in filter

And hopefully arriving any day soon

-GFB Stealth FX
-Walbro Fuel pump (May not install yet, but good to have nonetheless)

Next is to decide whether to do the Process West TMIC Upgrade at the same time. I like the look and think there are gains to be had (minor as they are). Not going to do the turbo at the moment because i wanna take more time to make the right decision and save the $$$.

Waffle waffle .... the question is

Is the PW TMIC a DIY job? I have noticed that the tubes that run in front of the stock TMIC need to be repositioned judging by photos and wondering if anyone has done this themselves or if things need to be changed a bit or if I am completely wrong

Otherwise I'll spend the money (and less of it) on some whiteline flatouts

Also if I install the exhaust myself is it safe to drive it 20 - 25 kms to ASG to get it tuned?

Thanks for your help guys!!
