Not really, once you get a handle on the process, you can do it quite smoothly and not 'drop' the clutch moreso, ease it out.

how does the ABS make your brake pedal rock solid??
i thought it bleed the pressure from the brake lines? not blocked the lines off altogether...making you unable to brake....
thats as unsafe as anything!!!!


could it be the check valve like Mister Two described?

Could be lack of brake boosting, though the car will still stop very well you just have to push super hard. All the time on boost means there is no manifold vacuum made, so no brake boosting, especially if the check valve is a leaking
