its normal just leave it on auto and it will be less clunking

On the rear of the diff theres 2 plugs, use a half inch ratchet to undo the top one, fill with oil until oil starts to come out of the bolt hole.
If you're unsure then come around mine.

I would probably cut down on using SMS talk especially if you are using a full sized keyboard and your not getting charged if you go over the 159 character count or whatever it is these days.
