Default sti cluster

hey guys i just bought a gd sti cluster from jap wholesales but the harness for the temp and fuel doesnt fit?
also been told that there need to be some sort of re wiring? need help

What year / model / market is the dash
What year / model / market is the car you are installing it into ?

These would go a long way to helping us answer your question

YEAR 2004/ WRX / its from jap wholesales not to sure but he said it fits 2004 wrx but need some sort of rewiring told me to ask perth wrx

Might be worth asking Tiddy. He has recently been playing with an 04 cluster, trying to rewire it to fit his GC8. He might have the pin-outs there.

Look at the harness that goes to the cluster, you will have 3 green plugs, on the other end of that harness will be 2 large plugs.
Are they square, one black and one white(05-07)
or,
Rectangle, one brown, one white. (03-04)
The only rewiring is for outside air temp,
Need to put a resistor in for the diff temp so the light goes off and swap 2 wires so the abs light goes off when there isnt a fault and on when there is. Its just reversed...
