getting the most of the Vf34 ur really gonna want to be pushing around 21psi, u'l def need to upgrade to a set of pink injectors.
If you dont want to upgrade,then id reccomend buying your self a TD05-16G they are similar to the Vf34 (not ball bearing tho), and dyno plots iv seen over on nasioc suggest they push similar grunt - albiet lower spool time. 34's give great mid range torque. I ran chopped injectors for a while - had enourmous difficulty trying to get them tuned properly. Id stay away from them. They become open taps at higher revs...

Thats plenty .. Not looking for massive power, just used to my TD04 @ 17.5 - 160KW .. Wanting to try break 200KW, If i can get a set of STi 550'c for a the right price i'd do it.
Price of Turbo + Injectors, + cost of install and tune, all adds up real quick. How many KW do you reckon the OEM injectors on a MY01 are good for?

You will need injectors to get the most out of that setup.
You could be getting close to 200kw which I doubt the 410cc injectors could handle, the 565cc STi pinks would be safe to about 220kw~.

Stock WRX internals should be fine for 200KW? Running on a quality 10w40 oil, looked after motor?
As i mentioned, i don't want to push things to breaking point, nice safe daily driver with a bit of go.

What ecu?
turbo install shouldnt be more than $300. its not a big job. factor in $500 for retune Ej205 will handle up to 200kw on a decent tune, but im doubting u will reach it

ASG Dyno reads me @ 163kw/290nm .. I reckon i'd be able to get that up to 185-90kw/380nm ish with the 34.
Hard to tell, just need to go and do it.
