350-400hp with a VF22? Got anything to back that up?
Do not aim for 300hp with the VF range. If that's what you want, look at other turbo's. You'll hit 300hp but it will be laggier. Personally a VF34 is easy to get new and with a few supporting mods will get you 260-280hp. Going for the twinscrolls (VF37 etc) will bring the power on earlier, but require more mods. Btw, horsepower is nothing. Torque is where it is at. Low down torque to pull you out of a corner is better than some 300hp lag monster.

your looking at about 1.5-2k to get the 37 into your car not including the cost of the turbo, like i said before(i dont mean to sound like im trying to push a sale) ive got a 37 you can have for 300bux. You could research/wait for more opinions about getting my/a vf37 in for that amount or 1700ish for a new vf34. If your seriously considering going twinscroll start researching it! btw kato i dont i was wrong! :S |

get yourself a vf seires turbo, some headers of choice, decap your injectors, intake, mac 3port and retune it! should make between 260-300 depending on turbo and choice of mods, if you decide to go for the vf34 get yourself a 1bar acuator

I have a 207 , headers, fuel pump, power fc, vf23
270hp & 370n/m on 1.4 bar. Vf23 will not go 300
