I'm getting a IHI VF43. I did have a Kinugawa td05-20g turbo but I sold it. I'm just looking for mid range torque. Hope the gearbox holds up....

If I decide to, in the future, get a VF34 turbo along with either the Process West TMIC or an STI TMIC, what other supporting mods would be smart to make sure my car is reliable but still quick. It is my daily, so the car needs to be reliable otherwise I won't go ahead with any mods what so ever, and I do not plan to race.

Current mods:
3" tbe
500hp fuel pump
ecutek tune, type 1.5

and approximately how much power would the vf34 and a new TMIC give me on top of what I already have?

EDIT: sorry forgot to say what car i have haha, it is an MY00 WRX club spec evo 4

What kind of wrx/sti is it mate? 2.0L or 2.5L?

generally speaking, 160-180kw is the range from various websites/forums out there (there are exceptions of car's making bigger numbers but its more about how it feels to drive i.e. how much torque and where that torque happens).

**edit** there is another thread for this haha, pretty sure its covered

Got a graph of that?? Stock v5/6 cams?

My old stock v6 sti 207 was making 177kw @ 1.35bar with a VF29, tbe & v6 sti topmount......Can't see 20kw in an intercooler change.

New motor is making 210kw @ 1.6 bar with a VF34 (p18) <- with the clutch slipping.....
