Ic... Lastly how much of a lag difference did u feel? thanks for your help I just want to make the right decision. 35 is cheaper and spools quicker and that is what I want. However the top end power of the 34 also sounds good

You won't be disappointed with the spool of a 34, I would go for that option for the extra top end.. There is plenty of ppl running 34's you should ask someone for a ride...

They identical turbos as said before only differance is the exhaust housing/bearing which doesnt make much diff at all really
35 spools faster but lack top end (p15 rear)
34 have more mid range punch and more top end but slightly less responses (p18 rear)

You will hardly feel the difference maybe around 200-400rpm diff to full boost?

Which ever you get make sure you get an uprated actuator to hold boost better like a HKS/Forge Motorsport

However if you launch your car you will feel it, 6K limiter launch

I assume you have a TD04 now? I would get a VF34 coop with a STI top mount and 555cc injector. DONE.
I wouldn't get the p20 housing either like some of the other here as I don't do much "freeway" runs or anything that requires more top end stuff. Bigger rear housing give you more top end and slightly more power and lag

Personally i wouldn't want any more lag than what a VF34 has for a daily streetcar if you like to be zippy. I see full noise at around 3500, I would say 3100-3200 for a P15 housing.

Sometimes I wish when pulling out from a complete stop I could have full boost 1000rpm earlier, that would be off the chain awesome.

Waiting for boost sucks.

Woud like to see a comparison dyno graph for same car, but single vs twin scroll overlays. Eg VF34 vs VF36 ?

not worth the cost v gains imo

you will get the same power as a 34 just slightly more torque and more responds

also that rally exhaust note partly why I converted

wouldn't it be the 'new age' style bolt on compressor type making it a custom excercise for not much gain?
