Thanks a lot guys.. Think a a little anti seize or crc will be a good thing for future removal of lug nuts..

Overlander recommend wheel bearing grease and torque as per hand book specifications.

I have used a graphite paste on all my wheel studs.
Never had a problem with wheels coming or nuts coming loose. Use a brush or something to apply it, once it gets on your skin, it takes aaaaages to come off.

I much rather have them a little tighter and the customer complain about not being able to get them off then get a phone call saying the rim has fall off

I do. Every car in our workshop that has wheels removed gets neversieze and a torque wrench. It may seem excessive but it's the right thing to do. We torque lots of stuff that no one else does. Gearbox case bolts, diff crownwheel bolts, pulley bolts, flywheel bolts etc.
