so would fitting a vf34 a week before getting it tuned will be ok if i dnt drive it to much cause i want to save money on labour?

yeah should be, as long as when you are driving you arent thrashing the crap out of it everywhere!

Should be fine just dont give it to much and make sure running stock boost.
