Utec
i have been told that the UTEC is a piggy-back on the stock ecu, true?? if so, if you wanted to change the UTEC to another piggy-back ecu, is it as easy as unpluging the UTEC and and swapping it with say a ECUTEK?? with a tune of course. Or would you have to buy another stock ecu and start again??

UTEC is sort of a piggy back, but essentially yes.
ECUTEK is not a piggy back. ECUTEk is software that unlocks the stock computer. Iv had a UTEC - and i changed to ECUTEk. Maybe the newer UTECs are much better - but the one I had sucked balls... |

Either would be good for that application, just depend on what you want to spend, why not go MoTeC? lol
