Stop being tight Tode. You're playing with a very expensive and extremely non-standard vehicle.
Book it into a workshop to be looked at. They are not necessarily going to try and sell you a swirl pot setup. Good luck.

no the walbro & stock fuel pump have been sold.

Has anyone done a flow vs pressure comparison between stock sti and 044 or Walbro?

AFAIK, thw bosch 044 will shit all over them. its rated at 600hp. the walbro is not a true 500hp pump - there was a recent flow test made in a perth street car issue, where it did not flow what it says it flows.
