Default Whine when pressing accelerator

MY00 makes this whining sound when pressing accelerator at around 70-90km/h. Outside these speeds it's fine, and i have to press the accelerator with a certain force, if it's foot to the floor i cant here it or if its too light cant hear it either...somewhere mid-way and only at those speeds. As soon as i let off the accelerator the whine goes away, what could it be??

It's not my mother in law in the boot...i checked it already and it seems to be coming from the front/ centre diff area??

I had a whining sound when on boost it was power steering replaced the fluids and its all good use to get very loud when boosting it couldnt hear it at cruising speed though.

When you are reversing at full lock or turning can you hear it whine?
