PM sent.
maddog: -2mm each side for rear toe is actually really good, dont knock it unless you try it. i recently put a 22mm front swaybar on to match the back, even on the softest im now thinking of bumping the back bar up as hard as it can go to get the back the more active rear end (its on middle at the moment). Well I got the car back and jesus what a difference it makes. As for my alignment settings they are basically -2 deg camber front and rear, 3.5 deg front caster, 0 toe front and rear and 0 degrees thrust angle. Combined with the swaybars, strut braces, ALK and camber bolts the car feels a lot more settled mid corner and the exiting underpower doesn't induce anywhere near the understeer as before. Mind you my 22mm rear swaybar is set to soft until I upgrade my end links, so I haven't got the car completely neutral but I'll need to do a few autokanas before I'll want to make any changes.

I actually love it when other WRX's have heaps of rear toe out. They are really entertaining to watch spin out during high speed turns. Usually 2mm of toe out (rear) on a WRX is to compensate for severe understeer.
Meaning 1) The front wheels are nowhere near maximum traction during turn in = slow 2) You have just reduced the rear grip to less than the front = even slower You can achieve a more responsive car with SOME rear toe but be careful, I have tried it. Better off going for more castor or playing with the diff types imho.
