here is my 2 cents.....

go back to the intersection with a camera and take a pic or 2. also check to see if it was the white line at the lights that you lost traction on. at least if you have photos of the intersection with no so called massive burnouts on it then i cant imagine she has a case really......

I'm surprised no one else has thought of this...

Was she hot? Maybe she just wants to ask you out, but has become all nervous so started talking about something else. Called back to make sure she knows where to stalk you too.

All you guys are so negative. Think positive!

mate fight it, i recently got off a reckless driving charge..they had no solid evidence either. you could easily say it was an accident your not used to driivgn a car like this and you accidnelty gave it to many revs and lost a bit of control.

the penalty for reckless is min 6 months loss of licence and up 9 months. and a 1000 dollar fine. It goes on your record as a conviction too.

In your case though id say uv got a very good chance and you should def fight it. i used a lawyer, wasnt cheap but his damn good and well worth it.

Bloke across the road went to a small shop just off Warton rd in canningvale. Some dude did a burntout in a ute, took off around the corner. The bloke across the road had his little daughter inside handing off videos and came out, got in the car. As he began to drive off, an "officer" ran over yelling at him. He stopped, wound down the window and asked "What are you yell at?" THe "officer" flashed his badge really quickly and asked for his details.

After refusing to give his details for sumthing that he did not do and officer said he would be around the next day with a summons. Aparently, the guy was an off duty cop with a fair amount of power. $400 fine i think it was for not giving details. What a load of shit, ohh and he didnt even get the guy who did the burn out.

Morons.

Was she hot? You have got to be kidding. When she grows up she wants to be a truck. I could be wrong but my money is on her being a screaming lesbian.

Could not get any power in the commercial world so she thought she would get it by default by becoming a police officer. I am not into mouthing off at police generally but this silly tart really got my goat.

I also assumed that she was just trying to put the wind up but when she rang work yesterday morning and got the correct spelling for my name and my date of birth she must be half serious.

I thought about that but I thought she was just having a go so I did not worry about it. I have a camera in the car for work so it would not have been difficult. If I had thought she was serious I would have done it in a heartbeat.

Prolly a bit late now. How many cars go down canning hwy every day? 30 000?

Checked with my bro who is a lawyer and I'll give you few facts:

- don't need to pull over your car whilst driving to anyone other than the blue/red lights so anyone flashing their badge etc dont stop, if you pull over wind window...too late.

- if in court, civilian vs cop word the cop will win anytime...ANYTIME!!!, so YOU need to find some evidance to help you fight the charge. Basically if you have nothing to defend yourself with you will loose the charge. Therefore photos taken are a great idea, but you cant take them too long after the it happened and those photos need to be signed and witnessed by J of P or somebody like that.

Lastly, if she is new/young give us her name/surname, i know a few young female cops (dont ask me how, long story) and im good mates with a fresh grad as well hehe i can speak to them and ask to drop the charges etc. provided i know her
