How about a lap up Jacobs ladder @ lunchtime Tara??, I sometimes work on Mill Street in the HP building,
only takes about 30mins to go up and back town the hill along the terrace past woodside and back to Rigbys for a beer...

Jacobs ladder is great, but not if your in work type clothes

got challanged to do it a couple of months ago - i was in full work type attire (think dressy tj spec jeans shoes shirt) - did it up and down two times non stop...

1 - you get so sweaty no ones going to want you back at work
2 - it hurts the absolute shit out of your knees joints etc if your not in the right shoes - blood blisters are not cool!

Having said that im off to kings park now for an Fri arvo walk so ill do a walk down and up to finish it off
