Be mindful, if you're working off a Body Mass Index (bmi) for your ideal weight this doesn't take muscle mass into account.

According to BMI I'm close to over weight at 24.9. (25 being over weight)

In actual fact I'm at 19% body fat, which is pretty much middle to lower end of normal range.

Don't just focus on total weight. Consider appearance and muscle mass for measuring your success.

Good luck crew!
