Im down from 114 to 106 and have put on bit of muscle in the process which is good! eat them proteins!

since beginning of May have lost 7kgs. Finally back into double figures..
I'm finding I'm starting to get a bit obsesive about doing some cardio every day...no matter what. Usually consists of 30mins on the cycle machine @ work (145bpm+), or a walk/cycle/swim if in Perth.. oh, and don't eat when out....you always end up with shit thats no good. Weights? Push-ups and standing squats for me, gravity works fine for me

Lost 5 kg's so far...gym 5 times a week, 60 sittups a day, 15 minute runs on treadmill and 40 mins of muscle training...in it to build my muscle definition aswell as drop a few kg's Team antilag bball team helps plenty too

Any updates folks? Hows everyone going?
Im at the stage of building muscle now and have put on about 2 kilos in muscle and lost another kilo in fat, i feel great and find i look far better now, do i dare post up a photo?

The last couple of months, have been doing about 45-90 mins a day 5 days a week with whey protien, thats about it

believe it or not, cardio + weights + corect food = weight loss cardio + no weights + food = weight and muscle loss cardio ( minimum 200mins a week ) heartrate 130 - 150, every second week interval training = mad fat loss, and well on the way to being lean and mean if u ever need any advice, i have a degree in this shit, and nutrition, and i do boydbuilding...and im a personal trainer, so pm a brother
