For all your computer and photoshop nerds...

Is there anyway at all that you can figure out which font was used in an image (not psd hence no layers)?

I have a few images with text embedded onto it and I want to figure out which font it is so I can keep a heap of other images consistent with it.

I know I could write a piece of sample text until it matches but I was hoping there was an easier way.

That one usually works well for me, otherwise http://www.identifont.com/ is a slower method, but faster than going through fontbook or a font browser manually.
