I've used perfectrun before, very good prompt service and email contact for updates if required. Seemed to be cheaper than nengun for everything too.

Haven't used the other one so can't say.

keep it under 1k and you won't have to worry about customs. Anything over will be intercepted by customs in which case they'll send you some forms to fill out, which will mean squat cause they'll decide what the duty and tariff type is needed anyway. You pay it by credit card,and you'll receive the goods a few days later. Expect it to sit in customs for near on a week before they advise you though.
