I have been focusing on my training for the past 3 and a half weeks.
My goal is to put on weight and muscle and obviously building strength. My starting weight was 71.8kg, and I am currently at 75.1kg. My goal is to reach 80kg but I have to keep to making lunches instead of binging whilst staying focused on the goal. Strength has increased heaps in the short time and I'm feeling a lot healthier already. I sat down with my missus (Personal trainer) and work out a 5 day workout plan with 4 days of training one day rest rotation. I go for at least 1 run a week for about 20-30mins and can easily reach 9.6 on the beep test. There was a jetts fitness that opened close to me in Morley and being 24/7 certainly helps! Hopefully I can keep it all up!

I started a regime of diet and exercise on monday.
I have bali in 90 days, so exactly 3 months. I aim aiming to drop around 25kg in that time, and am quite confident that I can do it. Id say wish me luck, but it has nothing to do with luck.

The last time I made a GENUINE effort to lose weight, I did 42kg in 3 months.
I got alot to burn Pretty much 1-1.5 hours of exercise a day. Im not going to go and follow a plan at a gym. If i feel like riding the bike 1 day for 30, min, then treadmill for 20, then 20 min of weights, then that is what I will do. Basketball every monday night too, always gets me working up a sweat. The diet side will just be clever choices in meals, with size reduction. No booze, no junk food. The biggest part will be will power. Go out - resist a drink. Resist the urge to order crap food when out with friends etc.

42 is a solid effort!
Another great cardio workout if you are going to mix it up is to invest in a boxing bag and some mits. Tape a photo of Rebecca Black to it and tee off on the thing till you cant hold your hands up to your nose, making sure you keep your from. Gets your heartrate up quicker than almost anything else and will work everything from your asscheeks up.

TJ, I'm pretty sure I've read in this thread that you are diabetic? does the weight gain / loss play havoc with it?
