Before trying the creatine, I was just doing gym work and protein shakes... I managed a similar gain, but it took me 3 times as long... then I lost it again when I got an injury and had to limit my gym time. But happy that the creatine has helped stack that first bit on quickly.

Shift work makes it hard to stick to a routine though, but 24hr gym makes it easier.

At the moment doing
Mon - Chest & triceps
Tues - Back & biceps
Thurs - Shoulders & Abs
Fri - Biceps & Triceps

But I think I need to mix it up a bit more and focus on the legs too.
Change Fridays Biceps and triceps to Legs.

I got a casein protein shake to drink before bed, as its slow release... actually is good/easy to drink compared to most whey type proteins, and doesn't make me feel any more full.

So now I have a casein shake in the morning, a mass gainer/whey protein in the arvo after gym, and a casein shake before bed.

Perfect Protein by Aussie Bodies.

Jezza whats this casein shake you talk about? I've heard of a few to use for the slow release.

Yep, thats it.
Always been one of those unfortunate ones that put weight on easily.... I can eat less and healthier than one of my mates and I stack on weight, he remains a twig (and hes a slack bastard).

Everyones different, use advice as a guide and find what works for you.
