Go to court and get him to fight for full custody of the kids. That will stuff her right up.

He absolutely needs to put his hurt to one side and go in to self protection mode. Plenty of time for crying later.
1. Employ a lawyer ASAP 2. He needs to make sure his money and things he owns or is paying for himself is out of her reach 3. Go grovelling back, seduce her, smash her back doors in, wipe his willy on her hair and then kick her out of the house 4. ???? 5. Profit? |

If he can stay in the house he has a chance of keeping it. If he leaves the house, every chance he will lose the house and she will get the kids. From memory the courts will look at him leaving the house as abandonment regardless of if she is pushing him out.
Best bet is to move into one of the other rooms and stay in the house until everything is settled. |

best thing to do would be to kick the bitch out & change the locks, build a case of how she has been cheating (usually the case when a woman come's out with that line)

So theoretically he can stay in the house as long as he wants. Only a court could order him out the house?

Luckily there were no kids involved with me... How clever is she? Does he have any friends that are real estate agents? Amazing how low an evaluation can come in if you mention it is part of a divorce and with a low evaluation that they will be top of the list of agents when you do sell...
