I was told that with the new software that you can put your apps into folders... anyone know where i can get more info on how to use what what things i can do with the new software? Or if you can explain how to create the folders would be great!

4.2.1 (4.2) can be jailbroken on certain iphones depending on modem software and hardware restrictions.

A few issues have been had for the iphones that have jailbroken to 4.2.1.

if you don't need a jailbreak then update to 4.2.1. If you want to or want to in the future then upgrade to 4.1

Basically if you are on iOS 4.0+ then you have folders. Simply hold down on one icon, wait for it to wiggle then drag it on top of another, they will then go in a folder which you can name.
