Cheers mate.

Although i would be interested in possibly creating my own concoctions at a later date when my sample bottles are gone.

Is it relatively easy to mix up and do you have any suggestions of some good sites (mixing, "recipes" etc)?

^^ yeah the transition is so easy. I'm into day 9 now and it has been super super easy!

Big test tomorrow night at my bucks... going to resist the urge to light a ciggy! I may throw a cigar in there tho, but thats celebratory! so that's allowed

I'm assuming most of you long termers had a decent smokers cough going ( first thing in the morning?? )
If so, how long were you still coughing shit up for after being on the vapor smokes?

I've never had a smokers cough...Smoked for 22 years...

I expect to get one soon though as my lungs start to regenerate themselves...It usually starts 4-10 weeks after stopping smoking.

I never had smokers cough before.. I haven't been coughing really and I've been smoking for 10 years and been off them now for 9 days.. thought I would be, with the body getting rid of all the toxins.. I noticed my skin breaking out a bit... but that was to be expected.. any change will do that..
