Moon cafe northbridge is pretty dam good.
Really relaxed atmosphere, good food & good selection of beers/wine

Star Anise in Nedlands, fantastic chef, great meals. A little bit on the pricey side but it will make any woman happy!

What issues did you have with this place Tim? The mrs & I stopped there for the business lunch a few weeks ago. We were both impressed with the food & service that we received on the day.

we went there for dinner business.

a guy who was with us, ordered garlic prawns, they come out on a sizzling dish no worries, but they were dripping in oil, he had no side dish with it,.
no salad no nothing.

we ordered deep fried squid rings. Plate comes out 1 piece of Lettuce and cucumber,
and a huge plate of squid rings. Quality just wasn’t there.

Prices were expensive for what you got.

wouldn’t go again.

The Witches Caldren is expensive all year round but I have found it to be a great restaurtant.

The staff were very good to the extent that they didnt bat an eyelid to the numerous bottles of spirits that we smuggled in.

All restaurants have shitty days regardless of status, but there is not often a time when the Caldren is empty.
