Hark Electric Smoker aka The Rib Machine
I have been fortunate enough to receive a Hark Electric Smoker (Digital Programmer) which I will refer to here on in as The Rib Machine.
For those of you who are not familiar click here Urban Griller Shop A detailed how to and review of each meat and other delicacy cooked on it will be provided in this thread. I am buying a variety of wood chips and meats right now For now here are some initial pics of The Rib Machine as it arrived today.

Dave,
If you're a fan of hickory like myself.. bunnings have awesome sized wood chips for about 7 box a bag for about 1kg. I can't remember the name but have a gander next time u are there

Dave - remember to do a "seasoning" run before your first cook. Say highest temperature it runs at and for 3-4 hours. Heat and smoke.
